Bernard Lee

Clinic Executive
Bernard completed his Diploma in Nursing in 2007, Bachelor of Science in Management in 2011 and his Master of Science in Healthcare Management in 2016.
Since graduating in 2007, Bernard has been working in various restructed and community hospitals and general outpatient clinics. He’s gained valuable experience in the areas of Clinical Audit, Operations, Management and General Nursing. leo.
As a seasoned administrator with extensive experience, he excels at optimizing clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
His background provides a unique perspective, briding the gap between administrative efficiency and clinical excellence to drive continuous improvement within healthcare settings.
His favourite children’s book is The Adventures of Tintin, by Georges Prosper Remi.

Esther Abigail Uthi

Senior Staff Nurse
Abigail is a Senior Staff Nurse with a strong passion for paediatric care and a special interest in paediatric neurology. She began her nursing journey after graduating from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2019 and has been committed to continuous growth both clinically and academically.
In 2023, she graduated with First Class Honours from King’s College London — the top university in the world for Nursing, a milestone that reflects her dedication to clinical excellence. She later deepened her specialty interest by completing the Paediatric Epilepsy Training Course by the British Paediatric Neurology Association in 2025.
With experience in leading paediatric clinical workflows and guiding care teams, Abigail believes in delivering care that is evidence-based, empathetic, and supportive for both children and their families. She is a firm believer in having faith not only in ourselves but in the people around us — a mindset that shapes her approach to teamwork, patient care, and family support.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones — including her two cats and one dog. Whether she’s unwinding by the beach, enjoying live music over dinner, or relaxing with a movie or a good book, she values moments that bring connection and joy. Her favourite children’s movie is Inside Out 2, a reminder of the importance of emotional understanding.
Abigail is honoured to be part of a team that shares her heart for children and her commitment to meaningful, compassionate care.

Tan Ling Ying

Clinic Nurse
Ling Ying completed her Diploma in Nursing in 2006, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Paediatric Critical Care Certificate in 2009. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Management in 2011 and her Master of Science in Healthcare Management in 2016.
Since graduating in 2006, Ling Ying has gained valuable nursing experience in the areas of Paediatric Neurology, Respiratory Care, Diabetes and Paediatric Intensive Care. She specialises in Neuro-Rehabilitation, Movement Disorders and Sleep Management.
She constantly upgrades herself by attending online courses, such as Neurological Rehabilitation (2023) by The University of Melbourne and Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET1) course (2024) by the British Paediatric Neurology Association (BPNA).
Ling Ying is passionate about working with children, families, and their caregivers to promote holistic care and comfort for patients by inspiring and empowering them.
Her favourite children’s book is The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
